Elementary:
Our Social Skills Group is designed to support elementary-aged students in building stronger social-emotional skills and gaining more confidence in social situations. Each session is structured around direct instruction using innovative, science-backed curriculum, which is complemented by role play, modeling, and interactive games. These activities provide students with the opportunity to practice and reinforce their skills in real-life scenarios.

In each group, we focus on developing key skills such as communication, conflict resolution, empathy, and self-regulation. A particular emphasis is placed on emotional well-being, helping students recognize and manage their emotions in a healthy way. By the end of the program, students will have a deeper understanding of how to navigate social interactions and feel more comfortable in a variety of social settings.

Each session lasts sixty minutes, with the final ten minutes dedicated to providing parents and guardians with valuable insights and strategies to reinforce what their child is learning at home. Our goal is to ensure both the students and their families feel empowered and equipped to support positive social and emotional growth

Middle School/High School:
Our Social Skills Group for middle and high school students is designed to not only enhance social-emotional skills but also to prepare students for future career success. In each session, students engage in direct instruction using evidence-based, innovative curricula, along with role-playing, modeling, and interactive activities that build critical skills for both personal and professional growth.

We focus on core social-emotional competencies such as communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, self-awareness, and emotional regulation, all while emphasizing emotional well-being. In addition to these foundational skills, we introduce career readiness and employability topics, including workplace communication, time management, problem-solving, and professionalism. These skills are essential for students as they prepare for internships, part-time jobs, and, eventually, their careers.

Each sixty-minute session provides a safe and engaging environment for students to practice these skills in real-world scenarios. The final ten minutes of each session is dedicated to parent/guardian training, offering valuable insights and strategies to support their child’s development both at home and in the community. By the end of the program, students will feel more confident in their ability to navigate social situations and be better prepared to succeed in the workforce.
